On 26 and 27 March was held  two-days seminar Blond # is my color in Dnipro. The main topics of seminar were : the rules for coloring blondes, hair strangling, pastel toning, procedures for the reconstruction of blond hair. The seminar was held by the technologist of the brand Anna Lesko.
