The company was founded in 1997 and from the beginning was focused on the import and distribution of cosmetic products, in particular hair cosmetics. We grew and developed along with the needs of our customers.

2009 — the company becomes the exclusive partner of the leading Italian manufacturer of professional hair care Kaaral in Ukraine.
Positive development dynamics made it possible to expand cooperation with the leaders of the European cosmetic market and in 2011 the company became the exclusive representative of the Prosalon Professional brand.
During the successful and fruitful cooperation with European manufacturers, we continued to expand and improve our range with the most modern and effective products and in 2013 our distribution portfolio was replenished with the Mirella Professional brand of professional hair cosmetics.
In 2017–2018, the company actively participated in professional exhibitions, which became an important stage in the development and strengthening of its market position. In particular, participation in the InterCHARM exhibition made it possible to present products to a wide audience, establish new partnerships and gain valuable experience. Such events contributed to increasing recognition and opened up new prospects for further growth.
2018 was an important milestone in the company’s development — our distribution portfolio was replenished with the Vero Professional electrical equipment brand.
In 2019, the company expanded its range of products with the Lux Keratin Therapy brand, specializing in products for restoration, straightening and deep hair care. The brand’s products are focused on the salon segment and are based on modern formulas.
Despite the extremely difficult circumstances caused by the war in Ukraine, the company continues to fulfill its obligations to customers and partners in a high-quality manner. Despite the challenges of time, the company has adapted to new conditions, focusing on flexibility, resilience and quick response to market changes.
The company ensures continuity of supplies and high-quality customer service throughout Ukraine, where the security situation allows.
